One of my biggest issues training at bodybuilding/commercial gyms is slipping off the bench, this bench makes that impossible. Love the product and definitely recommend!

DUDE I LOVE THIS CHALK. I have super sweaty hands and I usually have to reapply every set with my old chalk. But with this liquid chalk I only have to reapply once after every excersise!!!

I like that the bench mat doesn’t slide off and stays on the bench throughout the whole session. It allows me to have the correct setup & not slip during my set.

I really like that the chalk dries up really fast and you don’t have to reapply in between sets. It stayed on for me the whole time which is nice!

This bench mat is crazy sticky and keeps me locked in the whole time. It lets me really maximize my leg drive without worrying about sliding, so my setup feels tighter and more controlled.
